Tae Bo creator Billy Blanks is bringing healthy living to your living room.

The fitness guru has started his own online workout series called “In the Living Room with Billy Blanks” to help keep people motivated, energized and happy during quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“At home with nothing to do due to quarantine? Well… GET UP & GET ACTIVE,” he wrote on social media.

Blanks, 64, has been posting free workout routines to his YouTube channel for people at any level to stay active.

In addition to his new videos, fans can also view some of his original Tae Bo workout videos online.

Blanks also honored medical professionals who have been working to fight the deadly virus.

“I very much appreciate all the 1st responders putting their lives on the line every day with this virus,” he recently wrote on Instagram. “They are the true heroes. God will watch over you and get us through this together.”
